Brian M. Maggio
Brian M. Maggio has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury including automobile accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, slip and fall injuries and work-related injuries involving the railroad.
Before joining Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates in 2010, Brian worked the last seven years in Philadelphia at the firms of Hill & Associates and Hannon & Palermo, where he was responsible for handling a large caseload of personal injury cases, which included overseeing the case from the initial client meeting to the eventual settlement or verdict. Whether this was conducting settlement negotiations, depositions, arbitrations or trials, he has devoted himself to every aspect of his personal injury cases. Brian has continuously dedicated himself to the injured client and will continue to do so with Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates.
