Political Resume Highlights

• 26 Years in the Private Practice of law in both Civil and Criminal Matters, with admission to both The United States Supreme Court and The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as The United States District Court for The Third Circuit.
• 24 Years of Public Service as a full time Trial Attorney in the Delaware County Defender's Office, appearing on a regular basis before over 21 Judges of that Court, supervising over 10 years, training over 16 attorneys for future Public Service, and pioneering the way in Video Court in 2006.
• Elected 4 times to 16 years of Public Service as an Upper Darby School Board Director, currently serving on The Budget and Finance Committee; as well as, Policy, Personnel and Transportation in the past.
• Elected 8 times as Republican Committeeman for over 18 years of Service.
• Appointed to 5 years of service on the Radnor Haverford Marple sewer Authority.
• Boy Scouts of America, Fully Trained Assistant Scoutmaster and former Cub Scout LEader, and an Eagle Scout.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree from Villanova University, with an Engineering-in-Training Certificate, since 1979.
• Juris Doctorate Law Degree from Widener University.
• Post Docoral Law Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University.
• Elected to Who's Who Amount Students in American Universities and Colleges in 1979.
