Anthony Pinnie joined Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates as Of Counsel in 1998. His practice is exclusively focused on civil trial work representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has significant trial experience and has tenaciously handled in excess of 100 jury trials, having received many favorable verdicts for clients. Mr. Pinnie practices primarily in the Delaware County court system but also litigates in Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties as well as the Federal Courts in Pennsylvania handling multi-district federal litigation for mass tort matters. He represents clients in matters dealing with defective products, professional negligence, insurance bad faith, automobile liability, premises liability and ERISA/disability issues. He has successfully negotiated several seven-figure settlements during his career, as well as innumerable six-figure recoveries.
In addition to providing counsel to the firm, Mr. Pinnie is the owner of his own business as well. Prior to his association with the firm, he was senior litigation counsel serving as AIG’s House Counsel. In that capacity, he was responsible for the trial of complex cases, including significant property damage recovery cases.
