Kenneth R. Schuster is the founding member of Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates,
P.C. Mr. Schuster has been practicing all areas of civil litigation including
automobile accidents, product liability, slip and fall, premises liability, wrongful
death, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. Throughout the years,
Mr. Schuster has expanded his practice to offices conveniently located in Media,
Pennsylvania, Wilmington and Smyrna, Delaware.
Mr. Schuster has been involved in cutting-edge litigation throughout his career.
Whether handling accident cases involving a pedestrian being struck by a school
bus, a piece of equipment injuring an employee or wrongful death resulting from
medical malpractice, Mr. Schuster emanates determination and a willingness to
get his clients the money they so rightly deserve.
Being a life-long resident of Delaware County, Mr. Schuster is known for his
compassionate rapport with clients and aggressive approach within the court system.
He is a graduate from St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in 1975; he received
his Bachelor of Arts in History in 1979 from Swarthmore College; and his J.D.
in 1982 from Temple School of Law.
Kenneth R. Schuster is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania before the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court and the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schuster is also a Member
of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association,
Pennsylvania Bar Association, Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association and the
Delaware County Bar Association. He is a past Member of the Pennsylvania Disciplinary
Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Hearing Commission.
Mr. Schuster has served as a Board member of the Ralph Moses House; Family and
Community Services of Delaware County; and remains an active supporter of victims’ rights
on the local, state and national levels. Mr. Schuster is a strong opponent of
tort reform. |
