Marc Ippoliti joined Kenneth R.
Schuster & Associates in 1995 focusing primarily
on representing injured persons. Prior to this, he
practiced law in association with other local law
firms focusing on civil litigation and criminal defense.
He has extensive litigation experience representing
hundreds of individuals in all forums including jury
trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and binding mediations.
In addition, Mr. Ippoliti has successfully settled
hundreds of cases without the need to go to court.
As an arbitrator sitting in judgment of numerous
civil matters over the past 15 years, he has developed
a unique perspective of the litigation process which
has served his private clients well.
Mr. Ippoliti primarily practices law in Delaware County, however he frequently
practices before the Courts in Philadelphia, Chester and Montgomery Counties,
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court, and the State of Delaware.
In addition, he is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court,
the United Sates Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and all courts of the
State of New Jersey.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ippoliti has exclusively represented individuals against
large insurance companies for injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents, defects
existing on private, commercial and government properties, dangerous animals
and contaminated food. In the realm of criminal matters, Mr. Ippoliti has exclusively
represented accused individuals against the government.
