Atinuke B. Moss’ current practice at Kenneth R. Schuster & Associates focuses primarily on divorce, custody, child support, minor criminal offenses, among other concerns. She is also on the court-appointed list for juvenile criminal matters. As a result, Mrs. Moss is deeply experienced in Pennsylvania law pertaining to children, which is particularly relevant to modern family law. Mrs. Moss is professionally skilled at uncovering every factor and detail relevant to a child’s needs in a family situation.
Mrs. Moss received her Bachelor’s degree from Duke University, where she played intramural basketball, volleyball, and softball. She then moved back to Philadelphia to earn her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During her time at law school, she interned for the City of Philadelphia Law Department; in addition, she was a law clerk for Judges Sandy L.V. Byrd and Sheila Woods-Skipper, familiarizing herself with the processes and practices of the court system.
Mrs. Moss’ accomplishments and career are rooted in one thing: her unrelenting determination to provide a voice to the voiceless, to make the law clear and accessible to those that need it most.
