Ten years inside the insurance industry

Before he practiced law, Joe was an automobile insurance claims adjuster for a decade. Insurance policies are the primary source of compensation in almost every case the firm handles, and he spent ten years learning how carriers read a policy, set a reserve, and decide what a claim is worth to them.

His professional insurance credentials, the CPCU, CLU and ChFC, are the ones the industry gives its own people. He is unusually well equipped to argue coverage, which is where a lot of injury claims quietly get lost.
