What Ken handles

Vehicle accidents, injuries from defective products, slip and fall and negligently maintained property, medical malpractice, and workplace accidents. He also represents businesses in contractual and commercial disputes, and has served as general counsel to companies ranging from small family firms to multi million dollar corporations.

The range is unusual, and it is the reason a work injury that also involves a defective machine, or a crash that also involves a commercial policy, does not get split up or handed off here.

Since 1982, in the same county

Ken has been representing clients in Delaware County since the year he was admitted. That is the same courts, the same insurers and the same examining physicians for four decades, and it is the practical advantage the firm sells: knowing how a particular judge runs a hearing, and how a particular carrier behaves when a case is actually prepared for trial, is not something a firm driving out from Center City can learn on your file.

As the firm grew he trained and mentored the attorneys who now work alongside him. Every one of them is named on this site.

In the community

Ken has advised several Delaware County municipalities and public bodies over his career, including the City of Chester, the City of Chester Aggregated Pension Fund and the Borough of Colwyn. He has also founded and run businesses of his own in real estate development and manufacturing, which is part of why commercial clients tend to find him easy to talk to.
