Which office should I call?
Whichever is nearer, and it does not greatly matter. Media on (610) 601-2980 covers central, north and west Delaware County. Chester on (610) 686-3088 covers the south and riverfront. Both are answered 24 hours and both reach the same six attorneys.
Do you take cases outside Delaware County?
Yes, across Pennsylvania, and our attorneys are variously admitted in New Jersey, Delaware, the District of Columbia and several federal districts. We are based in Delaware County and that is where the deepest local knowledge is, which matters most in workers compensation and land use matters.
Do you have offices in Philadelphia or Wilmington?
No. Two offices, Media and Chester, both in Delaware County. We litigate in Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties and in the federal courts, but we do not claim an office in a town where we do not have one.
Can you come to me if I cannot travel?
Yes. If your injury makes it difficult to get to an office, or you are in hospital or a rehabilitation facility, we will arrange to come to you. Most cases begin with a phone call in any event.
