The unincorporated community of Lenni is located in Middletown Township in central Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Chester Creek runs down the western border while Chester Creek Trail travels south from its southern border.
Even though they were forced out of the greater area by early European settlers, the area's first inhabitants were the Lenni-Lenape people. Quaker William Penn was granted the land by King Charles II in 1681. During the following years, the townships were formed. Chester was initially the county seat due to its booming commerce, but in 1850, the centrally located town of Media replaced it.
In 1797, a large tract of land was sold to John Lungren. Lungren, from which Lungren Road was named, was a paper manufacturer from Upper Providence. A mill was constructed on the land in 1798. Robert Patterson, the Union Army General, leased the mills in 1877. He was discharged from his duty serving the Quartermaster General Department in 1815.

A client of Schuster Law

My husband and I were in a car accident and our car got t-boned. Andrew Valentin was the lawyer we chose to represent us. Andrew fought on our behalf with the other party's insurance company, making sure everything was made right. Between regular check-ins on us and follow through on the case, Andrew made sure we were well taken care of.
